Sara Nia is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Couples Counsellor. She has valuable work experience as a counsellor providing counselling assessments, support, and therapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups facing various challenges and seeking personal growth and mental well-being. As a counsellor she collaborated with clients to establish therapy goals and develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives. These plans may include strategies, interventions, and techniques to address and overcome challenges. As a Behaviour Therapist she facilitated behaviour change, taught emotional and communication skills, and developed treatment plans for mental health disorders by implementing therapy programs, designed individual education plans, and conducted self-assessed programs for children with Asperger's, Autism, and other mental health challenges.
